The editorial

The story was built in the studio with Ivie Olotu around a red toile environment. Fabric, sand and warm directional light turn one set into a sequence of close portraits, full-body studies and quieter gestures.

The photographic approach

The photographs move from controlled, sculptural poses into double exposures and long shutter frames. Motion is allowed to soften the figure so the final sequence shifts between a fashion editorial and something more dreamlike.
